This is our favorite Chili and it only takes about 15 minutes and one pan to make. You can also freeze it for another day. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 can (15 ounces) Red Kidney beans
- 1 can (1 lb. 12 ounces) Hunts diced tomatoes
- 1 can (1 lb. 12 ounces) Hunts tomato sauce

PREPARATION:
- You can use one large pan from start to finish
- Cook ground beef, onions, bell pepper, and garlic for approximately 10 minutes. (Make sure the ground beef is cooked
- Then add to the same pan your can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and kidney beans. (Drain kidney beans first)
- Cook and stir until it gets hot. (Approximately 5 minutes). To retain the best flavor do not let it boil.
- This should take no more than 15 minutes.
- Serve with bread or garlic bread, salad, cottage cheese, crackers or fresh fruit.
- This makes wonderful left over's and tastes even better the next day.
