PREPARATION:
Fill a
large
pan with
water,
bring to
a boil,
break
1/2
pound of
spaghetti
in half,
add to
boiling
water
and cook
until
they're
soft.
(Approx.
20 to 30
minutes)
stirring
frequently
to
prevent
sticking.
While
the
noodles
are
cooking
start
the
sauce.
Get a
large
frying
pan, add
your
ground
beef,
chopped
onions,
green
peppers
and
garlic.
Cook
until
beef is
done.
Takes
about 10
minutes.
Then add
your
diced
tomatoes
and
tomato
sauce.
Stir the
mixture
until
it gets
hot.
(3 - 5
minutes)
Drain
noodles
in a
strainer and
rinse
thoroughly
with
warm
water.
Put
spaghetti
on
plate,
add
desired
amount
of sauce
on top.
If you
like add
parmesan
cheese,
salad,
wine and
garlic
bread.

*Additional information* Make sure you use Hunt's tomato sauce and Hunt's diced tomatoes. It's also critical to rinse the noodles. And don't cover the noodles while they're cooking or it will boil over on the stove. |
